we are
I am Andreas Alshorn, the Swedish Chef with a big love for cooking. I have been cooking around the world, including Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. I love the Mediterranean, Asian, Mexican, South American kitchen, tapas and BBQ. But most of all, I love making food that tastes great and makes people happy.
I have always loved cooking with fire. I think there's something special about cooking over an open flame – the warmth, the smell of charcoal, and the bright flames. For me, cooking this way is not just about the food; it's about bringing people together.
I feel lucky to live on this amazing island where I can use fresh, local ingredients. I am excited to share my cooking with you, mixing old traditions with new ideas.
